I saw where the prick who caused this mess said he had nothing to apologize for. Personally I think fucking up 200,000 people a day in their traveling and denying EMS, police and fire the ability cross nine mile gives the asshole quite a bit to apologize for. Arrogant motherfucker.
Now the little hyphenated name douche bag that caused this entire mess is trying to fight the ticket that he got. All he got was a speeding ticket for causing millions of dollars in damages, and countless lost revenues for the local businesses, not to mention what a major pain in the ass this is for anyone that lives in the area.
